All products that FruitSecurity Holland has in its assortment are online. Everything you need for hail nets, rain covers, cherry covers, foil covers and insect nets can be found here. Structures for the orchard are built with concrete posts or wooden posts. Steel posts are also possible. FruitSecurity works with Spinazze poles and Carmo poles. The concrete posts are prestressed concrete posts. Carmo posts are posts of the wood species Pinus Pinaster. To attach wires and cables to the poles, a cap or cap is mounted on the pole. This pole cap or Powermatic not only ensures that the longitudinal cable and wire can be fixed. Cross cable and cross wire are also attached to the post cap. Pole caps also protect insect nets, hail nets and foil.

Hail nets

Hail nets are attached with plakets and black clips or Wiesel clips. On the top wire hail net is attached with ridge clips or net combs. At the front, the net is tied off with carabiners and cable clips 13 mm. The hail nets are stored on the ridge wire in the winter period. The hail nets are not removed from the system, but spend the winter in the orchard. The nets are rolled up and fastened with a winterfix and an elastic band with ball. Elastic with ball is called wieselfix or legafix in the webshop. Side finishes can be mounted with the special clips. Unifix, green sticky chains and magnum sticky chains are suitable for this purpose. These clips are attached to the nets. With an elastic band, these clips are connected to the 4.0mm wire that lies on the ground through the anchors. Net protectors ensure that nets are not damaged along cable clamps and tensioners. Nets can be secured with gravel slurves. Gravel hoses are used to put weight on nets, cloth and foil. Gravel hoses ensure that nets, film and foil do not blow up.

Foil

Foil is widely used on all kinds of crops. Many different films are available in the webshop, from diffuse film to clear film. Each crop needs its own specification. Diffuse film is suitable for soft fruits and crops where soft leaves need to be protected from direct sunlight. Many container crops are grown in tunnels. These tunnels are covered with foil. Foil of 200 micron is most often used for tree nurseries. Clear film is used to bring crops forward. Thus, quick flowering of crops can be achieved with this film. Woven foil is often used in fruit covers over cherries, blueberries and raspberries. This film is known for its great strength. Foil can be fixed with the various clips that can be found in the webshop. For blown film, polyethylene film, profiles and strips are often the solution. C clips. The copper or metal clips are used to clamp film on pipes. Woven film is attached with white film sticky chains. Sticky chains are white clips that are screwed onto the film.  Elastic is used to allow the film to move flexibly with the wind. Elastic bands are available in rolls. The sizes of the elastic are 6mm, 8mm and 10mm.

Insect Nets

Insect nets are available from stock in white and black. These nets provide protection from insects that threaten the orchard or fruit garden from outside. The insect nets are also called anti insect netting. These insect nets not only protect against insects, also wind is kept away from the fruit trees.
